My services start with a discovery session, followed by ongoing customized business coaching. A typical coaching experience would include:
Comprehensive discovery session.
Twelve months of business growth coaching. *
1-hour coaching sessions hosted via video conference. *
Action plan emails after every live coaching session.
Accountability and progress check-ins.
Unlimited email and video chat access with your coach for the entire contract period.

Business plans should be reviewed on an annual basis at a minimum. If you don’t have a plan, we can create one.

SWOT stands for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. SWOT analysis is a technique for assessing these aspects of your business that can help to analyze what your company does best and areas of opportunity.

Evaluation of current systems in tracking cash flow is imperative. The creation of a budget allows fine tuned tracking of income and expenses for maximum net profit.

Review key personnel within the company to clearly identify the duties and responsibilities of the staff. Of additional importance is determining what may be needed from external professional partners.

Determine the target market and how your product or service can benefit them. Create a client persona defined by key demographics, including age range, gender, income, geographic location, etc. This is meant to define communication strategies.

The creation of a sales strategy is the culmination of methods and tactics to strategically close deals and achieve a specific set of sales goals.
